대부분의 종이가 그렇듯, 플라스틱도 잘 분류해서 내놓기만 하면 재활용이 될까요? 안타깝게도 우리가 열심히 분리 배출했던 폐플라스틱들은 전 세계 바다를 떠도는 골칫거리가 되었습니다. 이 골칫거리들은 해양오염 뿐만 아니라 생태계마저 위협하고 있습니다.
우리가 열심히 분리해 배출한다고 해서 모든 플라스틱이 새 생명을 얻는 건 아닙니다.
재활용되지 못한 플라스틱들은 땅에 매립되거나 소각되기때문이죠. 특히 매립된 플라스틱은 가장 낮은 표면인 바다로 흘러 들어가 해양 오염을 일으키는 주 원인이 됩니다. 유도는 플라스틱 사출주변기기를 공급하며 이에 책임감을 느끼게 되었습니다.

Only 9% of plastic in the world is recycled
Can plastic be recycled if it's separated well from most papers? Unfortunately, the waste plastics that we separate and discharge have become a nuisance floating around the ocean. Only 9% of the plastics we discharged have been recycled and the waste is threatening not only marine pollution but also the ecosystem.
Separating and discharging don't mean that all plastics will gain new life
because plastics that are not recycled are buried in the ground or incinerated. In particular, buried plastics flow into the sea causing marine pollution. YUDO has supplied plastic injection equipment and has responsibility for this.

Why isn't 91% of plastics recycled?
The pump head and straw of the shampoo container we are using in our daily lives can be recycled, but the shoulder and spring in the middle of the pump are made of compound plastics. That's why the shoulder and spring can't be recycled. These parts go to incinerators or landfills even if they are separated and discharged.

Can't we make it all recyclable?
People began to follow discharge guidelines and many countries enacted laws to produce all plastic waste used daily as recyclable materials. However, due to technical limitations, many products are still being made impossible to be recycled.

YUDO is trying to make things we use in our daily fully made of recyclable materials. The pump of household goods containers is a part of that. In collaboration with the 'H' company, we developed a technology to convert compound plastics into fully recyclable plastics and mass-produce them. Leider gelangt ein großer Teil des Kunststoffes den wir getrennt und weggeworfen haben als ein großes Ärgernis in die Weltmeere. Nur 9% des Kunststoffabfalles werden recycelt, und der Rest verschmutzt nicht nur die Meere sondern das gesamte Eco-System
Trennung und Entsorgung bedeutet leider nicht automatisch das der Kunststoff wieder verwendet wird
Der unrecycelte Kunststoff wird vergraben oder verbrannt. Besonders der vergrabene Kunststoff gelangt in die Meere und verschmutzt diese. YUDO produziert Kunststoffverarbeitungssysteme und trägt deshalb eine Mitverantwortung an dieser Situation

Der Pumpspenderkopf und das Ansaugröhrchen eines Seifenspenders können recycelt werden, aber die Halterung mit der Feder in der Mitte der Pumpe ist ein Verbundmaterial. Leute haben begonnen den Mülltrennungsrichtlinen zu folgen und viele Länder haben Gesetze erlassen das alle Kunststoffteile für den täglichen Gebrauch aus recycelbaren Material sein müssen. Allerdings müssen auf Grund von technischen Grenzen viele Produkte immer noch aus nicht recycelbaren Kunststoff gemacht werden

YUDO versucht Gebrauchsgegenstände aus den täglichen Leben aus vollständig recycelbaren Materialien zu machen. Der Pumpspender ist ein Teil davon.
